Our team of in-house specialists designs and develops industry-leading software and solutions, including:

  • WinVoice – a powerful document creation and workflow management application with AIVA (AI Voice Assistant), powered by Corti’s AVT.
  • FormStream – intuitive web-based e-forms that help organisations move toward paperless processes.

Since our founding in 1996 as a small dictation hardware reseller, Voice Technologies has grown steadily by staying close to customer needs and embracing innovation. In 2026, we proudly celebrate 30 years of Voice Technologies – three decades of helping organisations work smarter, communicate better and adapt to change.

A defining moment in our journey came in 2013, when we became an employee-owned business. That transition shaped who we are today: a people-focused, future-ready company built for long-term success.

Along the way, we’ve:

  • Developed award-winning platforms and generated tens of millions of documents for customers using WinVoice and related tools.
  • Built long-standing partnerships, including over 20 years working with industry leaders in speech and dictation technologies such as Philips Dictation and Microsoft.
