What does my role involve?

I focus on developing new business opportunities and strengthening our brand and customer relationships. I spend a lot of time talking with customers about their everyday challenges and how we can help solve them.

As a Trustee Director, I also represent employees at Board level, ensuring their voices are heard and aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

What do I enjoy most?

Building relationships and helping shape the future of the business in a way that benefits both customers and colleagues.
