What does my role involve?
As CEO, I’m responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the business, supporting our people and making sure we have the right resources in place to succeed. Creating opportunities for learning and development at every level is a key part of my role.
What’s most important to me?
Staying close to our customers. Understanding their challenges and working in partnership with them is fundamental to our culture and to delivering successful solutions.
