What does my role involve?
My role is all about supporting our customers and keeping them informed about our latest products and services. I work closely with them to understand their needs and make sure we’re delivering the right solutions.
As an Employee Director, I also represent colleagues at Board level, helping to keep communication open and transparent across the business.
What motivates me at work?
Building strong, long‑term relationships with customers and colleagues is what motivates me most. I enjoy being a trusted point of contact and helping people get the best from our technology.
How would I describe our culture?
Supportive, open and collaborative. People here are willing to help and genuinely care about doing a good job.
