Service Desk Manager
‘Chiku’ oversees Voice Technologies’ Support function. He is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring the service desk team responds to calls within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and customers’ critical issues are escalated when necessary so that they receive the appropriate level of response.
Chiku manages the service desk team’s development and keeps up-to-date with new hardware and software products. He continually reviews our service desk processes to ensure the team works as efficiently and effectively as possible.
