Voice Technologies, a leading provider of clinical workflow solutions in the UK, has announced a strategic partnership with Corti, the global pioneer in AI infrastructure for healthcare.

This strategic alliance sees Voice Technologies taking the lead in integrating Corti’s advanced, healthcare-native AI models directly into its healthcare apps – WinVoice, which streamlines document creation and workflow management, and FormStream, which turns time-heavy paper forms into slick, web-based processes – that have been developed in partnership with the NHS. The result will be AI-powered documentation apps tailored specifically for the needs of UK healthcare professionals.

The collaboration aims to significantly reduce administrative burden, streamline documentation and improve efficiency - offering new levels of support for an overstretched healthcare system by enabling clinicians to focus more time on patient care.

“At Voice Technologies, our mission has always been to harness technology to ease the administrative burden on clinicians and admin teams and, in doing so, to contribute to improving patient outcomes,” said James McPherson, CEO, Voice Technologies. “By combining our trusted clinical workflow apps with Corti’s compliant, healthcare-specialised AI infrastructure, we are bringing groundbreaking efficiency to healthcare professionals across the UK, while ensuring that the highest standards of data protection and regulatory compliance are upheld.”

Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Corti’s proprietary, healthcare-specific AI models are engineered to understand the complex medical terminology and nuanced patient conversations. Their unique benefits include:

  • 25% more concise outputs with higher accuracy.
  • Superior handling of complex medical terminology across multiple languages, including English and UK regional variations.
  • Built-in regulatory compliance, aligned with the UK GDPR and NHS Digital standards.

“The UK has always been a proving ground for digital health innovation. By partnering with Voice Technologies, we’re bringing Corti’s healthcare-specific AI infrastructure to frontline clinicians across the NHS and beyond making sure time is spent with patients, not paperwork,” added Florian Schwiecker, Chief Partnerships Officer, Corti.

Addressing urgent challenges in UK healthcare

The partnership arrives at a time when the NHS and private healthcare providers alike face unprecedented pressures. A joint survey conducted by Corti and YouGov found that one in four healthcare professionals consider leaving their profession weekly due to burnout. At the same time, the UK’s ageing population is placing extraordinary demands on services.

By reducing documentation time by up to 70% in pilot studies and providing real-time clinical assistance, the Voice Technologies–Corti solution will deliver measurable relief to clinicians and improve patient care outcomes across the UK.

The launch underscores Voice Technologies’ commitment to supporting NHS Digital Transformation goals and Corti’s mission to empower healthcare professionals with ethical, human-centric AI built for healthcare’s exacting standards.

Voice Technologies’ Corti AI powered apps will be available to UK healthcare providers from Autumn 2025. Healthcare organisations interested in early adoption can contact Voice Technologies for availability and pricing.
