Martyn Ross

As a Director and Trustee of the company, Martyn is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company and its brand. He regularly meets existing and new customers to discuss their challenges in everyday working practices and how Voice Technologies can help to overcome them using either its suite of products or developing bespoke solutions.

Martyn has in-depth knowledge of IT and has undertaken Cisco networking and Windows configuration courses to build on his existing IT experience. He has also completed management courses to acquire the skill sets needed for his role as Business Development Director.

Martyn is also responsible for representing employees on the Voice Technologies Board, ensuring that the needs of the employees align with the strategic direction of the organisation. As an employee owned organisation, it is vital that all members of staff have a voice and input into the decisions made within the company.
