Voice Technologies grows its service desk team

Voice Technologies’ makes its third new appointment in as many months with Charlie Brown joining in the role of service desk engineer.

Charlie’s role sees him supporting customers, primarily users of document workflow systems, Winscribe, WinVoicePro and WinVoiceWeb.

Having completed his apprenticeship, Charlie attained a Diploma in IT and Telecommunications and worked in customer support, trouble-shooting and resolving issues for clients in hospitality, retail and transport.

Charlie explained why joining Voice Technologies appealed to him: “As an employee-owned company, Voice Technologies offers benefits that other employers can’t and my new role gives me the chance to support the NHS which, particularly during these difficult times, feels like a privilege.”
