Voice Technologies bolsters its customer support team with new appointment
Voice Technologies’ team continues to grow with Keelan Hill joining in the role of first line support engineer.
Keelan holds a diploma in IT and Telecommunications after completing his apprenticeship in a helpdesk role, working with nationally recognised brands such as Scotrail and Iceland. He has experience in resolving customers’ IT issues and has also been responsible for training.
Commenting on the appointment, James McPherson, CEO of Voice Technologies, said: “Voice Technologies is focused on excelling in terms of customer service and Keelan joins us at a time of increasing demand for our products and services with the additional customer support requirements that go hand-in-hand with that.”
Keelan commented: “Voice Technologies appealed to me as an employer as it as a local IT company where I believe can take to the next step in my IT career. The company works closely with the NHS, the biggest and most complex organisation in the UK and the fifth biggest employer in the world, and that interests me too.”
