Kevin Steele joins Voice Technologies’ hardware engineering team
Voice Technologies’ growth continues as the company welcomes Kevin Steele to the hardware engineering team.
Kevin, who joins the company with experience in similar roles working on contracts for clients including Amazon and Nespresso, will be working closely with clients, handling their hardware support calls and going on-site to resolve issues, as well as supporting the sales team providing technical input to proposals.
Commenting on the appointment, James McPherson, CEO of Voice Technologies, said: “Kevin brings wide ranging experience in hardware as well as an aptitude for customer service which is of paramount importance to us at Voice Technologies.”
Kevin added: “I’m delighted to have joined Voice Technologies. This role gives me the opportunity to deal with clients first hand, making sure they have the hardware they need, keeping it current and trouble-shooting any issues that arise for them which is very satisfying. I hadn’t worked for an employee-owned company before and it’s a business model that appeals to me.”
