Voice Technologies hire fresh new talent
Leading software provider, Voice Technologies has hired three new members of staff to strengthen their hardware and software support team.
The new team members will be based at the Paisley office.
Ryan Fagan joins the team as a Hardware Engineer and will be responsible for maintaining customers’ dictation hardware.
Ryan said: “I was attracted to Voice Technologies as it's an employee-owned company. The role will allow me to be face-to-face with the customer and help them resolve any issues with their hardware. As an apprentice, I am looking forward to working with Voice Technologies and attending their apprenticeship courses. They will provide me with the necessary skills required to further my career in IT.”
Callum Haynes has been appointed as Voice Technologies new Service Desk Engineer. He will provide technical support to users of their software and hardware. He is responsible for ensuring technical issues are resolved within set response times to fulfil Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the high standards of customer care Voice Technologies practice.
Callum said: “I enjoy working with databases and gaining a better understanding of how the backend of software works. Voice Technologies is a good fit for me as I enjoy supporting customers and helping them fix any issues that might occur. In my last role, my duties included working primarily with hardware. I am always keen to develop my skills.”
Callum Haining will take on the role of Service Desk Engineer providing technical support to users. He will also be responsible for ensuring that technical issues are resolved within set response times to fulfil SLAs and meet high standards of customer care.
Callum said: “I have previously worked in a higher education establishment providing front line support for staff and students. I was attracted to the role at Voice Technologies because it allows me to interact with customers.”
