Voice Technologies appoints new Service Desk Engineer

Andrew Prow has joined our technical project team. His role involves testing applications released by our development team to ensure they integrate correctly with customers' systems. He will also facilitate knowledge sharing among colleagues and work with them to design solutions that address challenges faced by our customers.

As well as coordinating clients’ technical requirements with our team, he will be managing the commercial and scheduling aspects of projects, working to our high standards of customer care.

Commenting on his appointment, James McPherson, CEO at Voice Technologies said: “Andrew is a great addition to our development team and brings with him two years’ experience in Windows Server Engineer for Royal Bank of Scotland. It’s a reflection of our continued success that Andrew’s appointment is the third addition to our senior technical team this year.”
