Voice Technologies appoints new service desk engineer
Andrew Prow has joined our service desk team. His role is to provide technical support to users of our software and hardware. He is responsible for ensuring that technical issues are resolved within set response times in order to fulfil our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet our high standards of customer care.
He will also facilitate knowledge-sharing among colleagues and work with them to design solutions that address challenges faced by our customers.
Commenting on his appointment, James McPherson, CEO at Voice Technologies, said: “Andrew is a great addition to our service desk team and brings with him two years’ experience as a Windows Server Engineer for Royal Bank of Scotland. It’s a reflection of our continued success that Andrew’s appointment is the fourth addition to our service desk team this year.”
