Appointment strengthens customer technical support
Chikumbutso Chafuwa, ‘Chiku’, joined our customer support team in February 2019 as a Technical Support Engineer. In addition to Diplomas and Certificates in computer studies, he holds an Honours Degree in computing and information systems from London Metropolitan University and latterly worked at the National Audit Office before joining Voice Technologies.
Originally from Malawi, Chiku brings over a decade’s experience in information technology systems and audit to his new role, providing technical support to users of our software and hardware. He is responsible for ensuring that technical issues are resolved within set response times in order to fulfil our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet our high standards customer care.
Commenting on the appointment, James McPherson, CEO of Voice Technologies said, “Chiku’s appointment strengthens our technical support team who are key in providing the high levels of customer support we constantly strive to achieve."
