Ransomware Cyber-attack Update
Voice Technologies is working closely with clients affected by Ransomware attacks to resume normal operations as quickly and safely as possible.
Advice for clients
Servers at NHS sites affected by the cyber-attack are currently switched off to defend against a repeat attack. While servers are down, Voice Technologies’ services are unavailable and we ask that you liaise with your internal IT support for updates. We are keeping in close contact with the relevant IT teams and will resume normal service as soon as possible.
At other NHS sites and clients in other sectors whose servers are available, external suppliers are being required to meet to stringent security requirements before services can be resumed. We are working with the relevant IT teams to ensure that patches are in place and other requirements are fulfilled before our services are fully reconnected.
