Voice Technologies has successfully renewed its certificate of registration for the International Quality Standard ISO 9001 and the ISO 27001 certification for Information and Security Management, underlining the high standards of business performance across the company.
First awarded the ISO 9001 in 2004, Voice Technologies had to demonstrate continued conformity and effectiveness of its quality management system to obtain recertification for the ISO 9001.
The ISO 27001 certification was first awarded to Voice Technologies in 2009. To successfully achieve recertification for Information and Security Management, Voice Technologies went through a rigorous process to ensure the data security processes in place would maintain company and client data security.
Managing Director of Voice Technologies, Heather Wylie, commented: “We are delighted to successfully secure the renewals of our ISO certifications. This achievement not only highlights the high standards of quality management systems that we have in place, but also that our data systems are completely secure, an essential element in our role to provide digital dictation and speech recognition in the healthcare, government and legal sectors”.
