Business Development Executive

Location: Paisley, Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing and new relationships with clients across Scotland. Using your networking abilities, you will manage the entire sales process from identifying customer needs and preparing proposals through to collaborating on the development of solutions and presenting them to clients.

Sales cycles can vary from one week to six months depending on the size of project/customer requirements and order values vary considerably.

You will report directly to our CEO and Senior Account Manager.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Understanding of sales process and pipelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum of two years in a customer relationship role
  • Strong IT knowledge including previous experience of demonstrating software applications and/or technical solutions
  • Proven ability to be proactive in supporting customers
  • Motivation for excellence
  • Willingness to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Ability to manage diaries
  • A full valid UK driving license.

The following would also be beneficial:

  • Experience working with healthcare, legal, local government or professional services organisations
  • Hands-on experience of digital dictation or speech recognition technology
  • Use of CRM systems.

Technical Support Engineers


We are continually recruiting for enthusiastic individuals to join our active service desk team. As a specialist provider of hardware and software solutions to health care, professional service, and local government organisations, our service desk support over 30,000 individual end users.

There’s never a dull day in our service desk, and our technical support engineers will have varied work every day. In addition, there’s significant opportunity for training and career progression to project work and management as you grow in the role.

Successful candidates need to have a strong IT background, excellent customer orientation and strong communication abilities. The members of our service desk are responsible for:

  • logging support desk calls via email and telephone
  • responding to and resolving support cases in respect to SLAs
  • onsite support and installations.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a systematic approach to work and tasks and report directly to the Service Desk Manager.

Required Skills/Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • A good understanding of desktop support
  • An understanding of peripheral device connections (Such as USB)
  • A proven ability to be proactive in the support of customers
  • Motivation for excellence
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Clean driving licence

Beneficial Experience:

  • Working with legal, local government or professional services organisations
  • Digital dictation or speech recognition technology
  • Use of remote support (Logmein, TeamViewer, GoToAssist, RDP, VNC)
  • Use of CRM systems
